I’m a solo traveler and writer. Travel is one of the most enriching things we can do. Sharing stories is my way of igniting sparks⚡ and inspiring you to create an adventure-filled story of your own.
Places that attract me include art, history, hiking, architecture and national parks.
Traveling solo is a great way to meet people and do things you might not if with others. We stick to our companions when we have them. But when alone, we’re more open and receptive. The universe senses it. We meet more interesting characters—or we become them.
Solo Female Travel Stories
I’ve been traveling solo for over 15 years and have many tips and ideas you can use.
Many stories here come from being a solo female traveler on a nearly two-year road trip. I’ve traveled a lot in the US, Mexico, Canada, Europe and other countries.
I also write about experiences – I can’t resist trying challenging or unusual things. For example, have you wondered what it’s like in a cryotherapy chamber? Toyed with becoming a beekeeper or getting a shamanic cleanse?
I’m based in Michigan, but I work remotely and travel often.
